This 2024 very limited release of Birra Rossa continues our successful collaboration between Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery and Paris Beer Co. This wonderful IGA hybrid beer is available in two distinct formats. Mildly hopped golden Helles lager wort fused with 2023 Niagara grown Cabernet Franc grapes. Late harvest & freshly pressed and blended the same day.
Co-fermented in the cellars of Wincey Mills with Malbec yeast. Aged on French oak for 2 months, conditioned to perfection. Our 2024 release of Birra Rossa pronounces the younger, juicer Grape forward aroma. Soft mouthfeel, hint of tannins, red cherry, mild hop tones, continuous refreshing, and dryness momentum.
Perfect for all food occasions and as an aperitif to start your evening. Best enjoyed with good company.
